You can cancel your SiteSwan account at any time. Although we’d hate to see you go, we understand that circumstances change. If you’ve decided to move on, we’ve made the cancellation process simple and hassle-free. Just follow the steps below to cancel your account.
- Log in to your SiteSwan Dashboard.
- Navigate to "Account" > "Billing" from the top menu.
- Locate the option to cancel your account and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Confirm your cancellation to complete the process.
Once your account is canceled, you will no longer have access to your websites, client data, or any SiteSwan features. If you change your mind, you may be able to reactivate your account by logging back in.
Please note that cancellations cannot be done over the phone, and you must follow the steps above to cancel your account. As specified in our Terms of Service, there will be no refunds or partial refunds for any time unused if you choose to cancel your account.
