The Website Performance Report is a monthly email that provides your clients with a snapshot of their website’s traffic and performance. It’s an easy way to keep clients informed and engaged with their website.
Once enabled, reports are automatically delivered on the 1st of each month at 9:00 AM Eastern and include key traffic stats from the previous month.
- From your dashboard, click on Site Details next to the site you want to enable Performance Reports for.
2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Website Performance Report". Enter the client's email address in the field provided. You can add multiple email addresses separated by a comma (for example: jack@mycompany.com, jill@mycompany.com). Click "Save"
3. Reports are automatically emailed on the 1st of each month, summarizing the previous month’s data. Below is a sample of what the report will look like.
*The report will come from an unbranded email address with no mention of SiteSwan:
