You can sell Reputation Management to a business even if you're not building a website for them on our platform. Here's how:
Please note: Reputation Management is only available on select plans. If you don't see it, ask how you can add it to your account.
STEP 1
From your Dashboard, click on "Create New Site." Even though they don't need a website from you right now, you still need to create a site for them in order to add them to your account.
STEP 2
Enter the Business Name and contact information for the client you're setting up Reputation Management for.
STEP 3
Choose a Theme and click on "Create Site." Remember, you need to create a site in order to add the business to your account. Even though they don't need a website from you right now, they may in the future, so we recommend choosing a Theme that's appropriate for their industry or even one of our Blank Canvas Themes that you can fully customize.
STEP 4
Head back to your dashboard's "Sites" screen and click on "Site Details" next to the site that you just created.
STEP 5
Scroll down to the Reputation Management section to connect the client's reviews sites. Start by connecting your client's business to one or more of the available review sites. For Google, simply enter the business name and zip code associated with their Google My Business profile. For Facebook and Yelp, copy and paste their profile page URL into the fields provided.
STEP 6
Click "Generate Free Sample Report" to produce a free one-time report personalized for that business. This sample report is an extremely valuable tool during the sales process and allows you to present your client with an example of what the daily reports look like, and provides a snapshot of their current online reputation including key metrics like Total Reviews, Average Star Rating, and more. You can easily print out this report or email it to your client.
Click here to see a sample of an actual report.
STEP 7
For clients who wish to opt-in to the service, you can upgrade their account to "Daily Reporting & Email Notifications". Once enrolled, we will automatically fetch new reviews every day and produce a new Reputation Report with the updated statistics and customer reviews. With Email Notifications, your clients will always be informed when new customer reviews are added and will receive an updated report directly to their inbox.
Most resellers charge their clients anywhere from $99 - $199 per month for Reputation Management with Daily Reporting & Email Notifications so it's a great way to boost revenue for your agency. Of course, you can charge whatever you like.
STEP 8
After your transaction is complete, you will now be able to setup email notifications and choose the frequency with which the notifications will be sent. In addition, once you sign up for Daily Reporting, you'll be able to add the Review Request Form to the client's website (even if they have a site on another platform).
