Service Interruption - August 6, 2018

Due to a database update that took longer than we anticipated to complete, SiteSwan users may experience delays or issues using their account, dashboard, and sites.

All systems are fully back online, logins have been re-enabled and we're back to 100%. Thank you for your patience.

The SSL Certificate issue has been resolved and all sites are loading with validated SSL Certificates. There may be some exceptions - like those sites that were created today between the hours of 4am EST and 2pm EST. SiteSwan dashboard and site logins are still temporarily disabled while we address the database update issue to ensure everything is functioning as expected. We appreciate your patience.

All sites are online, however, some sites may be experiencing an issue with the SSL Certificate, which results in a security warning when the site is loaded in an internet browser. We have identified the issue and are working to resolve this.
